Returns

We are a slow fashion brand so the damage our fashion causes to the environment is minimal; the process to make each one of your orders is personal and special, at the moment you place your order our workshop starts working on your product trying to satisfy your needs 100% that is why, many times we request your exact measurements and specific data so that the product fits you perfectly. For this reason it is not possible to make returns, only exchanges.

This period of changes is 10 days. After 10 days of your purchase, we cannot offer you any changes.

To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be in perfect, unused condition and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging and the corresponding labels.

To make your change valid, make your request and send your proof of payment to the email: ojosagradomx@gmail.com.

Any product that is not in its original condition, damaged, or with missing parts, which are not Ojo Sagrado's fault, cannot be returned.

* Products purchased with discounts, promotions or sales are not eligible for exchanges or returns.


Returns or changes (if applicable to your product)

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you are eligible to return or exchange for anything else same product or same price, we will send by email the instructions for the return or exchange of your product; Once your product is received and analyzed by the Ojo Sagrado team, we will send you an email notifying you that your product has been reviewed. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and payment will be applied directly to your credit card or the original payment method you chose, in no more than 5 business days.


Refund delays (if applicable to you)

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account one more time and contact them. Sometimes it takes time for your return to be reflected.

Sale or discounted products

Only regular priced products can be exchanged, unfortunately sale products cannot be exchanged or returned.

In products purchased with discounts or promotions, changes or returns are not accepted.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for product returns, exchanges, or replacements.

Shipping costs are not refundable.
